Damage and problems
Please check your order after receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered so that we can assess and resolve the problem. This must be done within 14 days, otherwise we will not accept any damage. We can only accept defective items back if they are unused. If the item has been used despite the defect, we cannot accept the item back.
Exceptions / Disposable items
Unfortunately, certain types of items, such as custom-made items, cannot be returned. Collars and leashes, regardless of the type, cannot be returned. There is no right of return in this case.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards and sale items.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you need or want is to return the item you received and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once your return has been received at our warehouse and inspected, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved or declined. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your credit card company or bank to process or post the refund.
